1. Order Processing Time

After you place an order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for our team to process and dispatch your items from our warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.


2. Shipping Estimates

Because our collections are sourced from various specialized facilities globally, shipping times may vary.

  • Standard Shipping: Please allow 7 to 15 business days for delivery.
  • Note: During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), delivery may take slightly longer. We thank you for your patience.

3. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)

If you order multiple items (e.g., a dress and a handbag), they may arrive in separate packages.

We fulfill orders from different specialized warehouses to ensure you receive each item as quickly as possible. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. If one item arrives before the other, rest assured the remainder of your order is on its way.


4. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking information.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system.

5. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. However, please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Prelish is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the recipient.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Prelish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
