We want you to feel polished and confident in your Prelish purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not work out.


1. The 7-Day Return Window

We operate with a strict 7-day return policy.

  • This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • The countdown begins on the day the courier marks your package as "Delivered."
  • If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in pristine, resellable condition:

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • It must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or scents (perfume/smoke).
  • It must be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Intimates, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift Cards.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact us first at [prelishinfo]@gmail.com.

  • Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label. We have a specific returns address for processing.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for returns lost in the post.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

6. Exchanges

Because our items sell out quickly, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


7. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
